Lee & Jun Advises Bear Robotics on its Majority Stake Sale to LG Electronics

Lee & Jun Law advised Bear Robotics, a prominent California-based startup specializing in AI-driven autonomous service robots, in its sale of a majority stake to LG Electronics (LG).

The transaction, which closed earlier this year, resulted in LG acquiring a 51 percent controlling interest in Bear Robotics. This strategic acquisition will integrate LG’s commercial robot business, centered around its “LG CLOi” brand, with Bear Robotics' innovative platform. The key management team of Bear Robotics will remain in place to ensure business continuity and to drive synergies in LG’s expanded commercial robotics portfolio.
