Tae Hyung Kim is a senior foreign counsel at Lee & Jun with more than 20 years' experience in patent litigation and licensing. Before joining Lee & Jun Law, he was a senior foreign counsel at Lee & Ko's IP practice group and previously a vice president at Samsung Electronics IP Center. Prior to moving to Korea, he practiced IP law at California firms including Kilpatrick Townsend.

Represented a large Korean solar cell manufacturer in a multi-jurisdictional, multi-party dispute in enforcement of its patent rights.

Represented an American manufacturer of gas products used in semiconductor processing in its patent enforcement efforts in Korea.

Defended a large Korean online game company against patent infringement claims, and advised on licensing strategy.
