South Korean law firm Lee & Jun has successfully represented TheLamp Co. Ltd., a prominent South Korean film production company in obtaining the dismissal of a preliminary injunction application related to the movie “Big Deal” before the Seoul Central District Court.
South Korean law firm Lee & Jun has successfully represented TheLamp Co. Ltd., a prominent South Korean film production company in obtaining the dismissal of a preliminary injunction application related to the movie “Big Deal” before the Seoul Central District Court.
In May, the Seoul Central District Court issued its judgement entirely dismissing the claimant’s application for a preliminary injunction, which sought to suspend the effects of a contract termination initiated by TheLamp for cause. Following the court’s decision, TheLamp was able to premiere “Big Deal” as scheduled, without further legal impediment.
