• Provided legal advisory services to a German financial institution within an automotive group, Volkswagen Financial Services, for the establishment of a Korean subsidiary, the capital injection, registration as a specialized credit finance company with the Financial Supervisory Service, and ongoing operation

• Represented a U.S. based investment management company, Acadian Asset Management, in regulatory filings for offshore discretionary investment management business, and in enforcement actions and sanctions proceedings before the Korean Financial Supervisory Service

• Provided legal services to U.S. industrial gas company, Air Products, in relation to its corporate group restructuring and operation in Korea, including review of share sale and purchase agreement, and other related contracts

• Provided legal advisory services to U.S. manufacturing and chemical companies, including Dow Chemical and Kimberly-Clark, in connection with the management and operation of Korean subsidiaries and joint ventures

• Advised a Swedish listed company on its acquisition of Korean security system company

• Advised a China company and provided legal services on its acquisition of the business of a Korean casino company in Jeju Island

• Advised a Korean listed manufacturing company on its acquisition of subsidiaries and assets in 16 foreign countries including Germany, France, Portugal, the Netherlands, India, Japan, Czech Republic, Hungary, the U.S., Mexico, China from a U.S. multinational company

• Provided legal services to a Korean chemical company in connection with its acquisition of certain businesses and assets located in the U.S. and Spain

• Provided legal services to major shareholders of a Korean listed pharmaceutical company in connection with their share sale and issuance of new shares to a U.S. pharmaceutical company

• Provided legal services to a Korean listed company in connection with the sale of certain assets including real estate, handling legal structuring, due diligence and transaction documentation

• Provided legal services to a Korean listed company and provided legal services on its acquisition of Korean logistics company

• Provided legal services to a Korean listed company and advised on its group restructuring, asset sales and the winding up of a subsidiary
